ordering infomations
Ordering Procedures:
1) Leave a comment if you are 100% sure of purchasing and able to make payment within 24 hours. Indicating the Closet No. and Item No. that you're interested in, with your name/LJ and email address.

2) After leaving your order comments, do check your email regularly. We will send you a payment invoice as soon as possible. This means that we have reserved the items you ordered for 24 hours. Please make payment within 24 hours and email us the payment details:

3) Up till now, if everything went smooth, we will mail out the parcels normally the next day. But please allow for 2-3 working days before item will reach you. Should there be any delay, we will duly notify you.

1) POSB/DBS/UOB ATM FUND TRANSFERS

Postage Details:
Normal mail or Registered mail only. No meets ups unless special situations. eg. Backorders
For normal postage,
S$1.00 for 1st item. (Clothes and Accessories)
Subsequently,$0.50 for each other items.
For registered postage,
Please add additional S$2.24
$2.24 is a one time off fixed charge for registered postage that is constant regardless of no of items
Example: An item cost $30, so it will be:
S$30 + S$1.00 = S$31.00 (normal postage)
S$30 + S$1.50 + S$2.24 = S$33.24 (registered postage)
We will mail out the parcels at our availability normally the next day. But please allow for 2-3 working days before item will reach you. Should there be any delay, we will duly notify you.

- Inform us if you wish to back out anytime as there might be other sincere buyers whom are interested.
- Buyers who confirmed the item and disappear irresponsibly will be blacklisted.
- If items are sold out, we will do full refund ASAP.
- We don't do trades/swaps.
- We are not liable for loss/damage of items for normal postage.
- All goods sold are non refundable and non exchangeable. We ensure that all items are in 100% good quality before mailing out.
